The device has an extremely simple constructive design. A further object of the present invention is that the device has a built-in timer function. Yet another object of the present invention is that the device can be easily mounted on existing feeding troughs. At least the primary object of the present invention is realized by means of a device which has obtained the features stated in the following independent claim 1. Preferred embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims. Brief Description of the Drawings Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a feed trough with a locking device according to the present invention, a lid included in the feed trough being in the raised position; Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the feed trough according to Fig. 1 with the lid in activated lowered position and the timer started; Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the feed trough according to Fig. 1 with the locking device according to the present invention in a released position; Fig. 4 shows a perspective view where the container of the feeding trough has been transferred to a position for access and the lid is in the retracted position; Fig. 5 schematically shows an enlarged detail of the locking device according to the present invention, the locking device being in the locked position; and Fig. 6 schematically shows an enlarged detail of the locking device according to the present invention, the locking device being in the released position. Detailed Description of a Preferred Embodiment of the Invention The feeding trough shown in Figs. 1, 2, 4, and 5 comprises a folding / pivoting feeding container 1 which is mounted in a frame 12. The feeding container 1 and the frame are often already existing. The feed container 1 comprises two side walls 9 and 10, which form an acute angle with each other and meet in a common tip which defines the articulated / pivotable lower edge of the feed container 1. The feed container 1 also comprises two opposite end walls 11, which are normally parallel to each other. The walls 9, 10, 11 of the feed container define an opening 8 which makes the contents of the feed container 1 accessible to the animals which the feeding trough is to serve. The feed container 1 is foldably / pivotally mounted in the frame 12 which in turn is mounted in a carrier, e.g. a wall or other separating device. The frame 12 is preferably mounted by means of first screws 13. The feed container 1 can thus assume a filling position, see Fig. 1, and a position, see the dashed position in Fig. 4, when the feed container 1 is accessible to the animal (s) to which the feeding trough is to be serve. The feed container 1 is thus foldable / pivotable relative to the frame 12 around its articulated / pivotable lower edge. The device according to the present invention also comprises a lid 2, a locking bar 4, a timer 5 with a timer knob 6 which makes the device automatic, two tension springs 3 and means for anchoring the ends of the springs 3. To mount the lid 2, two hinges 14 are mounted at the top of the frame 12, whereby one can normally use some of the first screws 13 which have been used to mount the frame 12 in the wall. The cover 2 is mounted in a suitable manner on the hinges 14, e.g. by means of pins or the like, so that the lid 2 is pivotable relative to the hinges 14. On the upper side of the cover 2 a first part 4A of a locking bracket 4 is arranged, the locking bracket 4 being pivotable about its point of rotation in an opening 20 of the cover 2, see Figs. 5 and 6, which substantially coincide with lockets 2 plan. The locking bar 4 extends through the lid 2, which means that a second part 4B of the locking bar 4 protrudes on the underside of the lid 2. The locking bar 4 is pivotally mounted relative to the lid 2, which will be described in more detail below. In the first part 4A of the locking bracket 4, in the area of the free end of the first part 4A, an elongate slot 4C is formed, the longitudinal direction of the slot 4C extending in the longitudinal direction of the first part 4A. According to the embodiment shown, the elongate slot 4C is open at the free end of the first part 4A. The timer 5 is also mounted on the upper side of the lid 2, the timer 5 having a knob 6, the dimensions of the knob 6 and the elongate slot 4C being adapted to each other. In general, the knob 6 has an elongated shape. This will be described in more detail below. In Figs. 5 and 6 show in more detail the constructive design of the locking bar 4 and the locking member 16 with associated circumferential components. Mounted on the upper edge of one side wall 9 of the feed container 1 is a locking member 16 which is designed to cooperate with the second part 4B of the locking bar 4 arranged on the underside of the lid 2. The locking member 16 comprises a generally flat base part 16A, the base part 16A of the locking member 16, shown on a larger scale in Figs. 5 and 6, is mounted on the inside of one side wall 9 by means of the threaded end of a bolt 17 which also serves as a carrier of a handle 18 in the form of a rope loop / cord. The locking means 16 also comprises two legs 16B and 16C, the first leg 16B being located at the upper end of the base part 16A and extending across the base part 16A in the direction away from the interior of the feed container 1. The second leg 16C is located further into the base portion 16A and extends in the same direction as the second leg 16C is the first leg 16B, longer than the first leg 16B. As shown in Fig. 16B, the task of forming an anchoring member for one of the ends of the springs 3. It is also apparent from Fig. 5 that the second leg 16C has the task of keep the lid 2 in cooperating position with the feed container 1, this being done by the lid 2 having a folded edge 19 in the area of the second leg 16C. An opening 20 is accommodated in the lid 2, through which the locking bar 4 passes, a second part 4B of the locking bar 4 being located on the underside of the lid 2. The locking bar 4 is pivotally held in the opening 20 by an O-ring 21 extending around the second part 4B of the locking bar 4, around the locking member 16 and around an anchoring member, according to the shown embodiment in the form of a groove, of the lid 2, the anchoring member is located in the middle of the locking member 16. In the position shown in Fig. 5, the O-ring 21 presses the first part 4A of the locking bar 4 against the timer 5. In the position according to Fig. 6 the locking bar 4 has been pivoted so that the first part 4A no longer abuts against the timer 5. As mentioned above, the device according to the present invention comprises two tension springs 3, see Fig. 1, one end of each tension spring 3 being anchored in the tension spring brackets 14B of the respective hinges 14 and the other end of each of the tension springs 3 being anchored in the locking member 16. In the position shown in Fig. 1, feeding of feed into the feed container 1 can take place, however, preferably the tension springs 3 are removed or at least the anchoring at one end of the tension springs 3 at the first leg 16B is disengaged for better access to the feed container 1. When the liner container 1 is filled with liner and the liner container 1 assumes the position shown in Fig. 1, the lid 2 is folded down to the position shown in Fig. 2, whereby it is ensured that the second leg 16C of the locking member 16 cooperates with the folded edge 19. 4 first part 4A is brought into abutment against the timer 5 and that the base part 16A of the locking member 16 ends up to the right of the second part 4B of the locking bar 4 according to Fig. 5. To ensure that the first part 4A remains in abutment position against the timer 5, the knob 6 is set to a selected time, e.g. five (5) hours, which means that the knob 6 has its longitudinal direction across the elongate slot 4C of the locking bar 4, i.e. the locking bar 4 is locked in a position abutting the timer 5 and thus the second part 4B of the locking bar 4 will abut against the upper part of the base part 16A of the locking member 16. The device according to the present invention thus assumes a waiting position, i.e. the contents of the feed container 1 are not available for the animal (s) to be fed. When the time that the knob 6 is set has elapsed, the knob 6 will assume a position where the longitudinal direction of the knob 6 will coincide with the longitudinal direction of the elongate slot 4C. This means that the locking of the locking bracket 4 of the knob 6 ceases and the locking bracket 4 pivots to the position shown in Figs. 3 and 6. The pivot bar 4 is pivoted by the locking member 16 actuated by the tension springs 3 exerting a compressive force on the second part 4B of the locking bar 4, this compressive force causing the locking bar 4 to pivot in the direction of the arrow P around its point of rotation in the opening 20 of the lid 2. second part 4B is folded away, see Fig. 6, the locking means 16 will be able to pass the second part 4B. This means that one wall 9 of the feed container 1 is displaced to the left in the position shown in Figs. 6, 2, i.e. the feed container 1 is transferred from the position shown in Fig. 4 to the position shown in Fig. 4. In this case, the feed container 1 will be available for the animal (s) which the feeding trough according to the present invention is to serve. As the locking means 16 has passed the second part 4B of the locking bar 4, the O-ring 21 acting on the second part 4B will return the locking bar to the position shown in Figs. 4 and 5. When the feed container 1 has been transferred to the position shown in Fig. 4, the lid 2 is folded down to the position shown in Fig. 4. When the feeding trough is to be loaded with a new batch of feed, the feed container 1 is transferred to the position shown in Fig. 1 and feed is fed to the feed container 1. When the feed container 1 is filled, the tension springs 3 are again taken to take what is shown in Fig. 1. position, the lid 2 is folded down to the position shown in Fig. 2, whereby the locking bar 4 and the locking member 16 are brought to a cooperating position as described above. The device according to the present invention can thus be applied to an existing feeding trough or included in a feeding trough offered for sale. Conceivable modifications of the invention In the preferred embodiment described above, a knob 6 of a timer 5 cooperates with a slot 4C of a locking bar 4. Within the scope of the present invention, other cooperating means are conceivable for achieving a time-dependent locking between two components. For exemplary and non-limiting purposes, it can be mentioned that the locking bar 4 can be provided with a locking loop which cooperates with a time-controlled sprint of the timer 5. In the preferred embodiment described above, the device comprises two tension springs 3 for transferring the feed container 1 from one position to the other position. Within the scope of the present invention, however, alternative force-applying means are conceivable, in which case elastic rubber bands can be mentioned for exemplary and non-limiting purposes. In the preferred embodiment described above, the locking bar 4 is pivotally arranged in an opening 20 of the lid 2 by means of an O-ring 21. Within the scope of the present invention it is conceivable that the locking bar 4 is pivotally mounted by means of a shaft mounted in the lid. Also in this case an O-ring can be arranged to apply a tensile force to the locking bar.
